Typographical Errors
In the event that a In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Returns

In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX will replace any defective or misshipped item purchased through In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX if the defect occurs during the stated warranty period for that product. Prior to returning a defective item, a return authorization needs to be obtained by emailing info@BlinXleds.com with your name, order number and product defect information. Once an RA is issued, the product can be shipped back to our designated warehouse. Once the defective item has been returned, a replacement product (or product of greater value if the exact replacement is no longer available) will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Defects taking place after the stated warranty will not be covered by In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX.

If a return is necessary due to dissatisfaction with a product (a buyer's remorse return), a return authorization needs to be obtained by emailing info@BlinXleds.com within five (5) days of item delivery. Claims after five (5) days will not be honored. Once an RA is issued, it shall be the customer's responsibility to ship the item back to our designated warehouse at the customer's expense (this shipment should be via a method providing a tracking number; In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX is not responsible for items lost in transit). The product must include the original box as well as all included accessories and manuals. Once the return has been received by In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX, it will be inspected for defects. When the product is checked back in, a credit will be issued for the cost of the product, less a 15% restocking fee. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. On items that were originally shipped with "free ground shipping", a credit will be issued for the item cost, less the 15% restocking fee AND less an additional $20 shipping and handling fee. This is a flat non-negotiable fee.

All returns must be received with in 14 days of receiving an RA.

Shipping

In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX ships its products via Ground shipments using USPS or UPS. Shipments are usually made within 2 business days of order placement. Ground shipments typically arrive in the contiguous 48 US states within Seven (7) business days. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us at info@BlinXleds.com for a quote before purchasing the item. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APOs & International Shipping cannot be shipped with standard ground service and require a surcharge (PO & APO need to be shipped via USPS; not all products are available for shipment via USPS). Please contact us at info@BlinXleds.com for a shipping rate before purchasing. Instances where we are offering "free ground shipping" on products are not applicable to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO, APO or International Shipping addresses.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Notice
In-Motion Products LLC dba BlingX may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a In-Motion Products LLC dba BlinX or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
